A federal judge in Arizona ruled that Jared Lee Loughner, who gravely wounded Gabrielle Giffords and killed six others in a shooting spree, was competent to understand the charges against him and plead guilty. As Bill Whitaker reports, he will spend the rest of his life behind bars; And, on top of a devastating drought gripping two-thirds of the country, farmers in the Missouri River Valley along the Nebraska and Iowa border have a bigger problem -- hills of sand left from the massive flood last summer.
