A federal judge in Arizona ruled that Jared Lee Loughner, who gravely wounded Gabrielle Giffords and killed six others in a shooting spree, was competent to understand the charges against him and plead guilty. As Bill Whitaker reports, he will spend the rest of his life behind bars.
