Jared Loughner pleads guilty to Tucson massacre

A judge ruled that Jared Loughner is mentally competent to stand trial. Minutes later, Loughner pleaded guilty to the shooting massacre in Tucson, Ariz., which killed six people and injured 13, including then-Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords. Karen Brown reports.
