Obama focuses on good in July jobs report

Speaking at the White House, President Obama tried to draw attention to the good news in the July jobs report - 163,000 jobs created. But, as Nancy Cordes reports, Mr. Obama admits there's more work to be done to lower an 8.3 unemployment rate.
