Obama congratulates U.S. women's gymnastics team

Speaking in Mansfield, Ohio, on Wednesday, President Obama recognized swimmer Michael Phelps and other U.S. Olympic athletes, and said he had just gotten off the phone with the U.S. women's gymnastics team to congratulate them on their gold medal and ask them, "How do you not bust your head?"
