In the Sing Sing maximum security prison in upstate New York, there are 16 Inmates hand-picked out of a prison population of 1,600 who are part of a Carnegie Hall outreach program designed to help them change their lives via music. The inmates pick an instrument to learn how to play and meet twice a month to rehearse for seven hours.
