Did Romney forget British leader's name?

Presumptive GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney on Thursday stopped by 10 Downing Street in London to meet - and talk Olympics - with British leaders, including Labour Party leader Ed Miliband, former Prime Minister Tony Blair, Chancellor of the Exchequer George Osborne, and current British Prime Minister David Cameron. Some British news outlets have said Romney's reference to Miliband as "Mr. Leader" suggests he forgot the Labour head's name.
