Bargain art collector Herbert Vogel dead at 89

Herbert Vogel put together a staggering collection of modern art on a shoestring budget. Scott Pelley reports Vogel and his wife were often among the first to discover new artists, allowing them to buy the works cheap and watching the value grow. Vogel has died at age 89.
