Penn State crippled by NCAA penalties

The NCAA hit Penn State with unprecedented penalties for covering up child sex abuse by former assistant coach Jerry Sandusky. Fourteen seasons worth of wins have been wiped off the books and the team will be crippled for years to come, reports Armen Keteyian.
