James Holmes slated to make first court appearance

IRS official Lois Lerner -- who broke the scandal that her division singled out conservative groups for scrutiny -- is likely to invoke her Fifth Amendment right and refuse to answer questions at a House committee hearing. CBS News' Nancy Cordes reports.
