On tape: Missing toddler rescued from sewer

A three-year-old Colombian boy, missing for one day, was rescued from a sewer system in Barranquilla. Jeampier Silvera Arteta disappeared while playing in a sand-filled construction zone, where officials suspect the boy fell in a hole.
