The mother of Rep. Jesse Jackson Jr. (D-Ill.) said her son has suffered through "enormous disappointment" and needs time to heal. Jackson has been on medical leave from Congress, at an undisclosed location, recovering from what his staff describes as a mood disorder. Norah O'Donnell reports.
