Credit card companies, banks to pay $7B settlement to retailers

Visa, MasterCard and other banks agreed to pay a $7 billion settlement to retailers who claim the credit card companies fixed their "swipe fees" and drove up costs. Elaine Quijano reports on the historic antitrust suit.
