Afghanistan: Donors pledge $16 billion in aid through 2015

As military engagement comes to an end in Afghanistan, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton attended a donor's conference in Tokyo where the focus was discussing how to attract private investors in the country and cut back on corruption. CBS News' Margaret Brennan reports.
