Mexico was controlled by the PRI political party for 70 years, until the PAN took them down in 2000. Protests filled the streets of the country, showing support or disregard for the three top political parties, PRI, PAN and PRD. But polls suggest the old guard may win this election, reports Bill Whitaker.
