Salt and ice challenge gives Pa. youth 2nd degree burns

Doctors are warning of the dangers from the "salt and ice challenge" that dares people to put salt and ice on their skin creating a burn similar to frostbite. Dr. Maria Simbra reports the challenge even put one Pittsburgh youth in the hospital with second degree burns.
