College football replacing BCS

Commissioners of the 11 major college football conferences proposed to a panel of 12 university presidents a plan to replace the Bowl Championship Series with a 4-team playoff culminating in a national title game beginning in January 2014. Armen Keteyian spoke with Scott Pelley on what is driving the decision.
