Millionaires buy $4.3M home blocking their view, tear it down

Clark and Sharon Winslow bought their house in Belvedere, Calif., for $19 million. Because the house next door was blocking their view, they bought that one as well for another $4.3 million - so they could tear it down. CBS 5's Mike Sugerman reports.
