Romney: If health care overturned, Obama presidency "a waste"

Mitt Romney said Tuesday if the Supreme Court rules on Thursday that President Obama's health care law, "Obamacare," is unconstitutional, "then the first three and a half years of this president's term would have been wasted."

If the Republicans hadn't vowed to obstruct every possible success by Obama, a lot more good would have been accomplished.
