Holder: Contempt charge "unwarranted"

U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder on Thursday called "unwarranted, unnecessary, and unprecedented" a vote by the House Oversight Committee to charge him with contempt for withholding Fast and Furious Documents, despite an executive privilege granted by President Obama. Holder was in Copenhagen to meet with European Union justice officials.

If the contempt citation is unwarranted then what is Obama trying to cover up? If there's nothing going on here then why won't Holder release the requested documentation? If there's nothing going on here then why did the DOJ retract their March 2011 assertion that this program started long before they came into office. I'd suggest somebody's covering up something. It's long past time for a Special Council!
