by nullable June 29, 2012 10:08 PM EDT: What an incredibly ignorqnt man. I am amazed that he has found matching ignorance in so many "friends". Outrageous. He chased this woman down and stabbed her 22 times in front of her and their children. Well why not? Plenty of witnesses before (one of them a 15 year old babysitter - same age as Lucy's son - and he still got away with shooting a man who jus happened to survive. Even knowing this - he still has "friends". Wow. He is without a defense. He literally embraces his guilt...yet expects to walk free. His arrogance is tantamount to that of Hitler. He is so righteous and completely without guile. Expecting that his pathetic version, his own reality, should be acceptable as a viable defense. The only shining light is James - the son of Lucy - who has more courage, dignity and intelligence than any of these so-called "friends" of the killer, or the killer himself. It is completely outrageous this beast was walking free after what he had done to his previous lover's husband. He has the gall to be outraged that Lucy had a boyfriend..and this was provocation to kill with equanimity. Funny isn't it? I am American (as apple pie), by the way, and completely disgusted by this export.; Reply to this comment


by fawny364 June 27, 2012 6:08 PM EDT: It's suggested this woman did what she needed to do to take care of her kids - that's what her own son said. I don't buy it. If she was so concerned about her children's welfare why would she expose her kids to a man who she knew had a violent history and had shot someone previously? Why would she have a child with someone with a violent history? If it's about the kids why was her son's father on vacation with them? After all, she was the one spending time with her son's father; not her son. And after the fighting and drinking escalated why would she remain in a home with a man she feared and hated? What kind of example was that for her kids? How could she beleive they were safe? She was an opportunist, a gold digger, a narcissist and she got exactly what she deserved. Unfortunately her daughter is living with a foster family and her son is void of understanding his mother used someone for her own selfish needs and in the end paid the price. by ehjay35 June 25, 2012 4:45 AM EDT: In his first killing "H" exhibits the characteristics of a psychopath, the ability to impulsively kill without emotion or remorse. It seems that his action against Lucy was similar i.e. not planned.

Lucy also exhibited psychopathic characteristics. Without emotion (love in her heart) she ruthlessly plotted to entrap "H" and convince him to settle in England. Who knows the lies she presented to convince him to do this?

One thing psychopaths do have is an elevated sense of betrayal. Killers are known to kill for this reason alone.; Reply to this comment
