Lucy also exhibited psychopathic characteristics. Without emotion (love in her heart) she ruthlessly plotted to entrap "H" and convince him to settle in England. Who knows the lies she presented to convince him to do this?
One thing psychopaths do have is an elevated sense of betrayal. Killers are known to kill for this reason alone.
