Harry Reid tells reporter "that's a clown question, bro"

Harry Reid invoked Washington Nationals baseball player Bryce Harper Tuesday. The Senate Majority Leader told a reporter asking about the DREAM Act, "that's a clown question, bro." Harper, a 19 year old Mormon, used that line when a reporter asked him what his favorite beer is.
