Obama's new immigration policy put Romney in tough spot

President Obama's announcement that he will stop deporting some illegal immigrants left Republican Mitt Romney in a difficult spot, and he refused to answer questions about whether he would keep the policy if Congress didn't act. CBS News' Jan Crawford reports.
