Runaway garbage truck crashes into houses

In Castro Valley, Calif., a Waste Management truck lost it brakes and plowed into a pickup truck and two homes. It also took out a power pole, knocking out electricity to the neighborhood. KPIX CBS 5's Elizabeth Cook reports.
