Obama changes immigration policy, blasts Congress on DREAM Act

President Obama announced Friday his administration will begin granting work permits to illegal immigrants who came to the U.S. as children. He also blasted Congress for not passing the DREAM Act.

FIRST THING I WANT TO SAY IS.....THANK YOU OBAMA FOR HELPING THEM!!!SO HOW CAN THE PEOPLE APPLY FOR AN IDENTIFICATION CARD FROM THE DMV? OR HOW CAN THEY GET A PERMIT TO WORK LEGALLY IN THE UNITED STATES?
