Obama speech to frame economic contrasts with Romney

President Obama will give a long-planned speech in Ohio about jobs, the economy, and the difference between him and Mitt Romney, his Republican rival. Romney will be giving a speech on the economy at almost the exact same time, also in Ohio, a key battleground state. CBS News' Bill Plante reports.
