Yacht explosion hoax distress call to U.S. Coast Guard

The U.S. Coast Guard has released audio from a distress call reporting an apparent explosion on a yacht off the coast of central New Jersey that was later determined to be a hoax. The agency is offering a $3,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and prosecution of the person responsible.
