I believe he was framed by Nannette. Stupid men get so weak when they see pu$$y, they're easily manipulated. She wasn't even THAT pretty either.

all of you who say Eric had nothing to do with it are crazy. he was the hitman. not sure how he snowed you in that 40 minute show, but he did. everything out of his mouth during that interview sounded made up. he lied over and over to the cops in 1994. you don't lie over and over when you are innocent. nor do you finally say the name of the killer after you got convicted. lol. are you serious???

I believe there is an element of truth in what he is saying. I think he helped line up a hit man, which still makes him guilty. The cops aren't going to pursue it because they don't want to admit they didn't get the shooter.

Je's full of BS...'If that's Nanette's gun.then why is that gun in his car, Eric Naposki, he stated that it was missing from his clove box
By early December, Naposki says he knew the 9mm Berretta he usually kept in his car was missing.
"It's her gun," he said. "I asked her... 'did you take it from the car?'"

Weather he is guilty or not, the point is that he lied for this scumbag woman. Like mentioned before, when you are innocent and are being framed for a crime like murder, you are going to jump through hoops to comply, tell the truth and remember every detail of your life. If there is a Hollywood hot-shot involved, then that should have come out in the original trial. He is now just grasping at any straws to find a way to steer blame away from him. As for that scum, who is so where she deserves to be, I hope men learn from stories like this. I hope they see what trouble these money grubbing low life's are. Spread their legs and produce children for profit and leverage. She deserves more than a lifes sentenance. I hope her children end up hating her. She has destroyed so many lives, not only the one she had killed. And I am glad that his strong daughters were able to stand up in court and look that pig in the eyes and tell her exactally what she is and what she deserves.

IF you are NOT GUILDTY of a crime and put on trial for it and risk LIFE IN PRISON, well, in my book, you TELL THE TRUTH right off the bat to save your skin. No ifs and buts about it! Guilty as charged, both of them!
