Richard Blais won Bravo's "Top Chef: All Stars." He actually got his start in McDonalds. He's opening his first restaurant in Atlanta, called The Spence. And he shared his ultimate dish just in time for the holiday weekend: Butchers Cut Burger, Vodka-Battered Onion Rings, and Homemade Root Beer Floats.
