I am going to consult a real estate attorney. I want to get out from under my mortgage. I am thinking of a short sale. I understand about the judgment deficiency and how I may be able to remove that and also about IRS ramifications 1099.
My question to you is can I purchase another home? Can I buy back the house I am currently in now?
My credit is in the good arrange and my debt to income ratio is not good.
