One year after tornado, Joplin determined to carry on

One year ago, a tornado with winds over 200 miles per hour ripped 13 miles across the city of Joplin, Missouri, killing 161 people in 32 minutes. Ben Tracy reports despite the storm destroying or damaging 7,500 homes, residents there are determined to carry on - even where rebuilding has yet to begin.
