Felony murder, conspiracy to commit murder, conducted on the status as indifference to the value of human life, during the commission of which caused the death of an innocent as the result. Death penalty deserved as consequences.

That is the least manly fireman I've ever seen. Both of the perps were skinny kids and he couldn't handle one of them? And years afterwards, he's still weepy in interviews? Man up!

You know, I am a black man and I would like to emphatically say "bring bck the death penalty". It's as simple as that. How can these two deomns take the lives of someone and be sentenced to life in prison? Who's going to pay for their upkeep? Whose taxes are supposed to feed, clothe and house them and keep the warm in the winter. I tell you, if they were summarily executed after they had been found guilty, the crime rate would decrease by 60%. In some countries I've worked in, the crime rate is so low that you don't need to lock your doors when you sleep at night. I live in an appartment with a female colleague who does not lock her door at night. She has told me she doesn't see the need to.
You guys know what to do but your mountain of bureaucracy is stopping you from doing what is right.
I feel sorry for the kids who more or less witnessed their mother being executed. I feel sorry for the police officer whose career ended because of the these thugs who share my colour.
Don't give me the crap about having a rough childhood. I had one too and made an example of myself. Tell these lawyers to start earning their pay honorably. These thugs don't deserve to live. They should be shot!!! Period.

911 operators are supposed to calm people not make the situation worse! The police did a text book case of looking for the weapon and dotting all the i s and T s! Bravo for being smart enuf to follow these animals and wait to look ! not causing escalation! These thugs are exactly where they should be and if Isabella had not acted they would have executed them one by one!

That 911 operator should be fired! She is actually telling a grandmother to " not yell at her" after hearing about two shot people? I would have yelled at her, too! What more did this idiot need? and to hang UP?? that is so insane! obciously these people could be STILL in danger! and how about worrying less about being a " power ego freak ( Mam don't yell at me" ) and show just a tiny bit of empathy for the victims! OMG what a witch she was

RIP Gina and bless those 2 boys. Great job Bella, and may the perps rot in prison and all that. But I gotta say, I never understood why people don't take responsibility for their own safety, and seem to rely completely upon police for their safety and protection. Why didn't any of the 3 adult women upstairs, particularly the 2 younger ones, have and GET a gun and shoot the bastards? The police do nothing but take reports; this much we all know. This isn't blaming them for the crime or anything; it's just that I can't understand why people don't train on firearms and have quick and ready access to them in their homes, given that police response (save Bella in this case) is always too late, time and time again - hey, guns are legal in the home, even in the extremely anti-self-defense climate of St. Louis; why on earth not have them locked, loaded, and trained on, espec. in a big city known for a very high crime rate? I wish this family and the gentleman and Bella all the best of luck in their recoveries, in any event. One other thing - be thankful all the gangsters had was .25 autos, not .380 or larger, or we'd have 3 dead; certainly 2.

The only true lesson to learn from all of this is based on what Isabella said to the Mario Coleman.

Isabella said:

"I just wanted to tell you that I feel bad for you. It doesn't bring any joy to me to know that you're going to a really horrible place; for the rest of your life. Like that doesn't make me feel any better. I also want to tell you that what you did do for me that night after taking Gina's life, after completely turning everybody else's life upside down. You gave me a whole new family that I didn't have before. I've gained so much and now you've lost everything. And you also took a really good police officer off the streets".

I don't know if Isabella believes in Christ but the scripture says in

Proverbs 24
New International Version 1984 (NIV1984)

11 Rescue those being led away to death;
hold back those staggering toward slaughter.
12 If you say, "But we knew nothing about this,"
does not he who weighs the heart perceive it?
Does not he who guards your life know it?
Will he not repay each person according to what he has done?
13 Eat honey, my son, for it is good;
honey from the comb is sweet to your taste.
14 Know also that wisdom is sweet to your soul;
if you find it, there is a future hope for you,
and your hope will not be cut off.
15 Do not lie in wait like an outlaw against a righteous man's house,
do not raid his dwelling place;
16 for though a righteous man falls seven times, he rises again,
but the wicked are brought down by calamity.
17 Do not gloat when your enemy falls;
when he stumbles, do not let your heart rejoice,
18 or the LORD will see and disapprove
and turn his wrath away from him.
19 Do not fret because of evil men
or be envious of the wicked,
20 for the evil man has no future hope,
and the lamp of the wicked will be snuffed out.
21 Fear the LORD and the king, my son,
and do not join with the rebellious,
22 for those two will send sudden destruction upon them,
and who knows what calamities they can bring?
