Eight out of 10 Americans have severe back pain at some point in their lives, and for many surgery has been the only viable alternative. Now, new treatments in the works are raising many hopes. Correspondent Martha Teichner takes a look at a non-surgical procedure that doesn't cut or remove the discs, but actually re-grows them.
