April jobs report: Unemployment down; hiring slows

The Labor Department says hiring in the U.S. slowed last month, but unemployment drops to 8.1 percent. Meanwhile, an expiration looms for jobless benefits and tax cuts. CBS News business and economics correspondent Rebecca Jarvis reports.
