Japanese mayor makes his voice heard to restore town

In a country known for stoicism and patience, Futoshi Toba is anything but. To honor the 2000 victims lost in his town to the tsunami, the mayor to the Japanese city of Rikuzen-Takada is not sitting quietly as he puts the pressure on the government and local media to restore what was lost.
