N. Korea's rocket launch brings condemnation

North Korea ignored warnings from the U.S. and other countries and launched a long-range rocket - the type that could someday carry a nuclear warhead. But their missile test failed, only lasting about a minute and a half. CBS News national security correspondent David Martin reports.
