One World Trade Center nears completion

Construction is nearly complete in what will soon become the tallest skyscraper in the Western Hemisphere - One World Trade Center in lower Manhattan. Ironworkers have erected 93 of the buildings' 104 stories. Nancy Cordes goes all the way to the top for a look.
