Our Economy is so BAD, that Executives Officers of
Small Businesses are SLEEPING Behind their Desk, while
Managers are STEALING from the Company!
It usually means (a) that there is a valuable core of talent and expertise
somewhere in the corporate structure yet
(b) some persistent management inadequacies have gradually eroded its strengths and
left it vulnerable to whatever adverse fortune it encounters!
STEALING Managers will NOT Rapport to their Sleeping CHIEF Executive Officers about
"What EXACTLY is Going On in the Company-Kitchen!"
There are three principal areas of weakness in small businesses that cause trouble,
all of them management centered.
1. Growth of sales is commonly seen as the solution to all problems.
There is an unawareness that, except in the short run, there is no such thing as fixed overhead.
Managers, trapped by the concept of marginal income accounting, bring out additional products,
believing that their overhead will not be affected!
2. Inadequate product-cost analysis blinds managers to the losses incurred by adding new products willy-nilly. Usually, there are one or more products or product lines that should be dropped!
3. Gearing operations to the income statement, while ignoring the balance sheet, is all too common.
Lack of concern with cash flow and the productivity of capital employed can be fatal.
(Non- Stealing)Managers tend to seek new funds instead of making better use of those they already have! Stealing Managers will support others to seek new funds, so that their treasures will grow!
This Immediately leads to;
- Small Businesses (MF Global, KODAK & Twinkie Snack Cake)Bankruptcy!
- Legal Unemployment with illegal Drugs & Guns Criminalities(Gangsta's Paradise)!
Because of the Very Long Communication-line between
the Executives Officers and
the entry-level employees(Interns & Junior Employees),
The Sleeping CHIEF Executive Officers;
- CANNOT Grow for Growth's Sake!
- CANNOT Immediately Create Business-Profit(All the (Past)Profit Reserves are going to
the Stealing Managers' Salaries and their Stolen Business Treasures!),
- CANNOT Immediately Check & Coach Managers and
- CANNOT Immediately Create Jobs!
That is why many Multinational Corporations have;
1.) NO EFFECTIVE INTERNAL CONTROL!
2.) NO Expected INVESTMENT LOSSES PROVISION(BANKRUPTCY SAFETY NET)!
That 's how Bad the Economy is!

PRESIDENT Barack Hussein Obama and
The CHIEF Executive Officers(CEOs) must
Frequently Move from Behind their Desk and
Reach out to the Interns and Junior Employees in order that:
1.) Coaching Executives do NOT stay Behind Their Desk!
2.) The President and the CEO Current Policies are Really Being Followed by
- Interns,
- Junior Employees and
- Executives!
3.) Real Alignment(Management & CONTROL)between
- The People(Consumers),
- Employees and
- President & CEOs!
This leads to a Sound Economy with
No Nation Deficit and No Business(Charles Ponzi scheme) Bail Outs!
Because the Government and Business-Corporations Really understand the People and
IMMEDIATELY Act on the Needs of the People!
