"Stop and Frisk": Fighting crime or racial profiling?

New York's "stop and frisk" policy allows police to detain anyone they find suspicious. The policy was put in place decades ago to combat a spike in violent crime, but some say it allows racial profiling. Jim Axelrod reports.
