YES, YES, YES if they do not have enough money - take up an online collection - I will contribute! Every crime deserves a trial - and every death certainly - this family deserves this they have waited a LONG time.

One last thing - during this broadcast they said the sister and father swept him out of there before he confessed! Why??? If I was them I could never forgive myself!!! Why did they do that??? I would love to hear from them and how they feel now!!!!

I have a 3 and 6 year old - all I know if that was one of my children I wouldn't care I would want them back here for them!!! I would want justice! I watch this stuff and ask myself why do you watch this but at the same time don't want to be naive! I can't even imagine how parents go one - I don't think I could be that strong if I lost one of my children!

He most certainly should be tried in Illinois. He should NEVER be able to see the light of day ever again.

I have lost a son. It's been 110 mos. 5 days. And although many dont understand why the first victims parents want him tried in Il. courts. I do understand . It wouldn't matter if he had 10 death sentence convictions, it would NEVER be the same. To those who say, "he's in jail now", "you SHOULD move on", they speak in ignorance. The ONLY thing one can do for someone who has lost a child is to hold them when they cry, and listen when they speak...NO words would help, NO words would make a difference......Peace....Pat

He should be tried in Illinois and given the death sentence if there is a better chance of actually executing him in Illinois. CA hasn't actually executed anyone in years to my knowledge. Better yet, see if he's ever spent anytime in TX, he would definately pay for his murder and mayhem if his murder trail winds thru TX...

DNA Can make or break a case. For those who don't know DNA doesn't just prove the person committed the crime, only that they were present as the perpetrator or casually.
