On tape: Drowning man rescued from river

A man was rescued from the Willamette River in Portland, Ore. by a bystander who sprung into action. It is being reported that the Good Samaritan performed CPR and managed to bring the man back to life. Medics arrived shortly after to take the man to the hospital.
