Another Sociopath, only for himself, they come out of no where, from good, bad, rich, poor, families...born without a conscious.
The wife I feel for her but, I mean for him to have all those other women and all the traveling he did, they really didn't have a marriage anyway, I mean even the son doesn't really know him except the man in the red car! Geez...

when you give some kids so much love, you make a narcissistic psycho path juts like this one, look at his wife she is stunning and yet he was cheating with so many, and where did all this hate for your parents come from. what ever they did or said about your choice of job does not mean they have to be murdered in a such cold brutal way.

OH MY HECK!!!! What a SAD SAD SAD SAD SAD SAD COWARD of man!!! His mom was right, there's no such thing as a pro gambler. BYU ulum ~ he never should have spat on the word of wisdom how he did. He had a good women and a jr. the fourth? The only explanation I can come up with is he must have blamed his father for letting him get too involved in poker. I'm sorry brother Scherer, but you lost ALL eternal love. Spend the rest of your days repenting for acting like a no good low life and just be thankful you still have that chance and not the DP ~ Did 48 hrs have to show our sacred symbol of Moroni blowing his horn though? :/

It always amazes me to see all the comments from people wanting Eddie to "Fry" or "Suffer the same fate his parents did". Those of you who made these comments are no different from the perpetrator. You harbor the same desire he did and that's to see someone die. There is NO difference.

Ernie's father probably taught him the world of poker and how to enjoy the fruit of "winning". Problem is that gambling involves both skill and luck and lady luck is always the most loyal to the house where the games are played. Ernies parents supported his delusions by giving him a loan for a house that required a steady stream of income. Did they really believe that he was such a gifted poker player that he would always come out ahead and never loose?

My daughter lived with a professional poker player and ended the relationship immediately when he came home from Vegas one morning $25,000 in the hole. She didn't want to be on the hook for the lost money and for paying her boyfriend's share of the bills. Let alone the stupidity for risking that much.

While I sympathize with Ernie's wife, I can't imagine approving of his card playing occupation that involves free entertainment & liquor; luxurious hotel suites that would attract new friends; and being far away from home at night. I can't think of a better recipe for diaster than a job offering those "perks".....
