Remember the screaming that was heard from the victim's room. The kids were probably drugged or sleeping.
It stinks - he stinks - he is so rehearsed! Why would any woman go shopping if it was about saving there marriage, not be doing 'together' things. The trip was supposedly a birthday gift???!!! It stinks.
Even if she was not killed in the room, her husband does not care....is he guilty? He is guilty of something - that is obvious.

I am going to follow this story. I can bet my last dollar that this man is innocent. It is just becasue it is convenient for the authorities to accuse him because he was the only adult there. Nothing points to him. Go look for the real killer and let the man go. As for the siters. That what peole do when they go out on a holiday. They look to do things that they would not normally do on a day to day basis, like going to the spa. She never goes shopping without ther children is bull. Every mother, no matter how much they love their children will leave them with someone, grand mother father etc and go out alone.

I mean...what happened to her belongings and clothes? Was he in the position to dispose of them? If so, where, when and how? Did he have a car and was it checked? Was there a concierge and did he see the man leave the hotel carrying stuff and then come back? Too many questions along with the disappeared evidence to convict this man!

The United States needs to get involved, due the the evidence being missing (destroyed). The man needs to be released from jail, because this man did not kill his wife in front of the kids. If the wife was yelling the kids would have woke up, and kids talk. This man did not carry his wife in a busy town to dump her body, because if he did someone would have seen this.

The woman was robbed and killed. The woman was robbed and killed. If it was not for the lady's sister the investigators would not have even looked at the man as a killer. The sisters wants money, and the way they can get the money is by getting the children.

The sisters needs to shut up, and stop trying to find away to get their hands on some extra money.

This man did not kill his wife.

You can tell by the way he talks he is lying and he's hiding something. On top of that, he doesn't seem to be very upset about the fact that his wife was murdered and he never ONCE mentioned anything about trying to find out who the killer is...like he doesn't even care WHO killed his wife. All he really cared about is his own "innocence" and getting back to his kids. If he is not the killer, he would want to catch the killer and the justice done.

If his wife's body was brought back to L.A. why do they not exhume the body and examine her nails? The issue of how he got the body out of the room and down to the sewer is a huge problem. Were there not camera's anywhere on the hotel property? What was his cell phone activity in the 24 hours that the wife was unaccounted for? The odds that his wife would end up dead on a vacation that he was desperate to get her to go on to keep her from filing for divorce? Most Americans know that Mexico is not a safe place and to suggest that your wife go shopping alone and then assume that she is safe and sound for 24 hours before you call anyone to report that something might be amiss? That act alone leads me to believe the husband could very well be guilty of harming her.

Being the cheater he is Monica could have walked in on Bruce having an affair and fled thus explaining her need to go to town to have a massage. Come one people, we never divulged everything to our family members. The comments about Monica never leaving the kids with Bruce...come on. There are too many discrepancies and inconsistencies to deem him "guilty"
