Great piece on beer! Just wanted to share a clarification. The piece says that homebrewing is not legal in three states: Alabama, Mississippi, and Ohio. According to the Ohio Department of Liquor Control, homebrewing is legal in Ohio, but it is not clear if it is legal to transport homebrew from the brewer's home to share or for competitions and other events. A group of Ohio homebrewers is working on a bill to rectify this.

"The beer company may have the cash to shut out it's competitors on TV." <- Not relevant as the goal of BMC is to advertise and sell. Craft beer aims their sights on ingredients, quality, uniqueness and the art of brewing.

With that said, this year I will be enjoying some Bells Two Hearted Ale. Its citrus notes remind me of warmer times.

Nothing but the best beer for me. I brew my own ever since Jax, Black Label, and Falstaff left the market. Go Giants! Be on the lookout for cheaters, and watch out for spies!! 2013 will belong to the Dallas Cowboys!
