This episode really was a mystery. I can only conclude that either David Swain is one of the most unlucky men on the planet, or he is guilty. Kind of like Scott Peterson or Amanda Knox.

Very poor job at CBS managing this application. Vid usually works on featured story, about half the time on older ones.

Within minutes of watching this episode, I'm asking where's the money, which is soon answered.
I have no doubt whatsoever this guy murdered his wife for money & another woman, unfortunately British justice is appallingly bad, when it comes to cases such as this.
What you have here is a guy who, by his own families admission, shows little or no emotion, and he showed little or none when he disposed of his wife. Its understandable his kids cannot see what an evil monster he really is.

If diving is as dangerous as people claim it to be then why on earth would you leave your Wife ALONE at any time! That in itself is pure GUILT, whether it was an accident or not.

Personally, I think he killed her...based on the evidence that was presented, as well as what was documented that he said to this woman he was interested in. Pretty obvious he wanted to get rid of his wife, and figured out a way to do it that would benefit him financially as well.

Looking away when asked directly if he killed his wife is a sign of deception. He also tries hard to cloud the issue with sympathy because of his disturbing childhood and trying to patronize anyone who does not dive as being basically ignorant. He has motive, being money and a new love. I think he planned the whole thing.
