not guilty
She had choices of conflict resolution with her husband at other times that doesn't involve shooting somebody: family counselling, divorce, separation..l . This one I'm not so sure is justifiable, she had motive and money was a factor. Her daughter pointed out that she could be provoke or instigate arguments.

- A woman I knew, the mother of a very good friend of mine, had a restraining order placed on her husband, whom she was separated from, and he violated that order 17 times. Each time she took him to court and each time he got a slap on the wrist or a little jail time and then released. The 18th time he violated the order, she was set to take him back to court at 8 a.m. the next morning. When her daughter showed up to take her to court, the daughter found her mother dead outside the house, along with the husband. He had killed her and then killed himself. Looking back, I would say she would have been justified in killing him if she had so chosen. The children would have lost a father, but at least they would have still had their mother. Everybody loses because the justice system can't protect a person against crazy. Sometimes you've got to protect yourself.
