Eastman Kodak Company (KODAK), Hostess Brands(Twinkie Snack Cake) and MF Global are Gambling with clients money at Wall Street without a SAFETY NET to invest in their (corporate)client-services,
when they do NOT make Profit at Gambling!
That is why these companies and their creditors are filing with a Federal Bankruptcy Court for Protection(SAFETY NET ) under either Chapter 7 or Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code,
otherwise KODAK cannot GIVE EVERYTHING TONIGHT to its creditors,
such as Pitbull(Armando Christian Perez), who is promoting

1) Chapter 7; KODAK, Hostess Brands(Twinkie Snack Cake) and MF Global cease operations( a trustee sells all of these companies assets to create a SAFETY NET) and then distributes the proceeds to their creditors. IN ALL INVESTMENT(Ponzy) SCHEMES NOT ALL CREDITORS GET PAID, BECAUSE THERE IS NO SAFETY NET!

2) Chapter 11, in most instances the debtor (a Safety Net Creator) remains in control of KODAK, Hostess Brands(Twinkie Snack Cake) and MF Global operations as a debtor in possession, and is subject to the oversight and jurisdiction of the court!

- Create standards on how much Capital(SAFETY NET) Companies need to put aside!
- Check or Audit if companies are following these SAFETY NET standards!
