Hostess preparing for chapter 11 bankruptcy

Hostess is getting ready to file for chapter 11 bankruptcy blaming high labor costs and rising prices of sugar and flower for putting the company in debt, farmers are suing former New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine for fraud, and TV networks fight the FCC in the Supreme Court.
