That opening sea wher it is still kind of dark the water and seagulls. That opening scene is so eerie what a lonely place to be dumped.

Am I correct when I say the police have stated that they believe she was NOT a victim of murder? If so then are we to believe that just by luck or coincidence she decided to flee in a fit of delusion and drop dead right in the middle of a dumping ground for murdered prostitutes? And how convenient that certain neck bones were missing, bones which can determine if the causes of death was strangulation?

We citizens are being played a morons.

I think the driver is in it. She refused to get in the car when he followed her, I do not believe his account that he was in the car during the trick. 20 minutes on a 911 call, hysterical, where were the police???
She did not run out of her pants, that is the most absurd statement, suicide? This Commissioner is an idiot.
Being a Prostitute is more dangerous than being a Marine.
Shannon is a HERO for the discoveries of all these victims, and hopefully bringing this guy down at some point.

wouldn't this be easily solved? just look at the phone records, all these women would have spoken to the killer in order to solicit their service.

She just happened to be found by the other girls man he drives me crazy how did he become commissioner? I hope they catch this guy because I believe has has already killed again just using a different dump site.

I want to ask the Police Commisoner "why did you kill Shannon Gilbert" and see what his reaction is!!!!! he is behind this whole thing by the way he covers up stuff and make stupid excuses and how he said "her pants must of fell of" oh yeah because I see that happen all the time!!!!

I probably would of solved this case by now as the police are doing a sh#t job investigating and why hasn't the FBI gotten involved with this???? Is it because the Commisoner knows something and doesn't want the FBI finding out?????

The police are trying to cover their ass. There should be a law in place that will hold detectives accountable for when they mess up investigations, and when the police do not act quickly.

Where is the FBI anyway. Why is it that the FBI have not gotten involved.

Oh! The FBI must be busy investigating white-collar crimes.

The police have gone to great lengths to protect themselves because one of their own was there, at the homeowner's party, that night when Shannan fled for her life. When she banged on the neighbor's door and begged for him to let her in, she was frantic, and when Gus called 911, without saying a word, she bolted out the door and hid outside. Why? Why wouldn't she wait in the safety of the neighbor's home for the police to arrive? Because she knew that one of the party-goers who was a threat to her life was a cop who had a radio with him and could hear the call come in to dispatch.
