Tip #1. Are you kidding? Learning names of your workers' spouses or kids? N. O.

Finding out what motivates them? If they're not motivated by earning a paycheck - cut 'em loose! There's plenty of people who are!

NO CODDLING!!!!

Geeze ... more advice on how we can become a 3rd world country with the help of unmotivated workers.
